The support measures for employers provided by the Society Integration Foundation (SIF) encourage interest and motivation to create an inclusive workplace and to embrace diversity management practices. The aim is to promote the understanding that diversity is a resource and a driving force for an organisation’s further development and the achievement of excellence across all areas.

The project delivered a range of activities, including the development and implementation of the project strategy; the creation and maintenance of the website dazadiba.lv in line with digital accessibility principles; the attraction of participants for the SIF employer award “Diversity is Strength”; a webinar series on diversity management and inclusive workplace issues; the creation of a newsletter; and communication activities in the media and across SIF’s communication channels.
