Innovation Laboratory

The State Chancellery’s long-term project, the “Innovation Laboratory”, is focused on empowering the public sector to deliver high-quality services to society. Its aim is to create innovative, sustainable solutions based on design thinking to improve public administration processes and public services, while strengthening trust between society and the state.

Communication is an essential component of these processes, and we are therefore proud of the opportunity to organise communication around the Laboratory’s activities in both textual and visual formats. We ensure that newly developed ideas are communicated to public administration institutions in a clear and accessible way, producing both summaries and visual reports.
